Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from a confirmed brief. Need it same-day for an event? Ask — rush slots are sometimes available at a small premium.
Every quote includes revisions — 2 to 3 rounds depending on your plan, and unlimited on the Scale retainer. We keep refining until it represents your brand properly.
Yes — one-off projects start with a 50% deposit, with the balance due on delivery of final files. Retainer plans are billed at the start of each month. Invoices and payment questions go to accounts@kasharts.com.
Absolutely. Most projects run entirely over WhatsApp and email — we work with clients across Uganda, the region and abroad. Distance has never been a problem.
Just message us what you need and when you need it. Your logo, brand colours and any photos or copy help — but if you have none of that, we can build it for you.
You always receive final files in every format you need (print-ready PDF, social-sized PNG/JPG, MP4 for motion). Editable source files can be included — just agree it in the quote.
